The hotel was affordably priced and conveniently located near a subway station. There was also a nearby convenience store which was really handy for quick snacks or drinks. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and provided great service.

Sadly, the hotel was quite run-down and in need of some updates. The rooms were old and had a lingering smell.

Budget, there is everything you need, even a bathrobe, near Tokyo station (20 minutes), near the subway station (3 minutes), near Ginza (15 minutes on foot), free telephone with Internet, shop and cafe.

The room is tiny, but we only slept in it, so we liked it.

It is travel trailer small but I did not mind.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. With multiple metro lines within walking distance, it was incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit all the main attractions. Not to mention, having direct train access from both airports was a huge plus for me. And let's not forget about the surrounding area! There were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and drug stores nearby, making it easy to find anything I needed during my stay.

While the location was great, I have to admit that the comfort of the room was not the best. It was quite small, even for just one person, and the mattress on the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

this hotel deserves a perfect 10 from my review. everything about this hotel sets the bar for other 2 star hotels. it's price, location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities are all beyond that rating. some reviewers have found flaws in the hotel when really it is a flaw in them as travelers and planners. you can not do better in tokyo at this price.

You get much compared with the money you pay. Room and bathroom clean. Staff very kind and helpful. Fast WiFi connection in the lobby. There's also lan connection in every room, but I couldn't use it because I have Linux in my laptop (in Japan usually lan systems automatically block connections from pc's run by Linux). Location is good. There are four metro lines within 5 minutes by walk. Also jr railway is reachable on foot.

Windows can't be open (very common in Tokyo). For a short stay is ok, but if you are going to stay a bit longer and you are a person who always need fresh air, that's can be a problem.
